Passports and visas are required for most of our winners and their guests who are not citizens of the United States. We do everything in our power to ensure that all of our winners and guests are able to attend the Ring of Honor.

It is imperative that all winners identify their guest and complete the paperwork necessary to acquire a passport (if they do not already have one) and visa within 2 weeks of being notified that they have won this recognition.

Unfortunately, each year we have winners & guests who are not able to attend the event. In many situations it is because the organization has underestimated the time it takes to complete the process for securing a passport and a visa.

Click Here to view the visa and passport information that has been provided to all winners.

You will be provided with a sample “invitation letter”. You may use it to write your own letters.

We will be utilizing the services of a U.S. State Department consultant to help us move the visa applications thru the system where possible. Please alert Harry Walsh should you encounter any issues at (
