PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS
(Deadline: March 16)


As part of our celebration, we will be preparing an Awards Book featuring each of our 2018 Ring of Honor inductees and their guest. When submitting your photo(s), please adhere to the following guidelines. This will ensure the proper quality needed for you and your guest to be represented in the Awards Book.


PHOTO GUIDELINES



Whenever possible, use the services of a professional photographer.


  • No square passport photos
  • Digital photos must be high resolution and sent as a jpg (jpeg) file
  • Settings on camera should be ‘large file’ or ‘hi-res’ or ‘fine’ setting
  • Must be a color photo with you standing against a white or light background
  • Include your torso from the waist up to your head
  • Only one person in the photo (winner and guest are separate photos)
  • No items behind the subject
  • Good lighting, please do not send photos from low-lighted situations
  • Cell phone photos only if you take them in good light with full resolution version

Cell phone photos must be taken in good lighting

Photo must be in high resolution

Issue 3:  

No items behind the subject - Please only have empty blank wall

PHOTO SUBMISSION


Photos must be received by Friday, March 16. Please submit using one of the 3 options below.

1. Upload a high resolution photo(s) in the Photo Section of the on-line registration.

2. E-mail: SPA-RingofHonor@pepsico.com

3. If you are unable to submit electronic photographs, please send via overnight mail to:
